CSM Nursing Influencer Campaign
We’re looking for authentic, motivated Nursing students to join the Nurses of Tomorrow Influencer Program — a unique chance to inspire future nurses, build your professional voice, and get paid for making a difference.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content (videos, posts, stories) that show what it’s really like to be a Nursing student at CSM
- Attend 2–3 recruitment events per semester as a peer ambassador
- Share your CSM nursing experience in an authentic, approachable way
- Help prospective students see themselves on our campus
Who We're Looking For
- Current CSM Nursing students
- Active and comfortable on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- Passionate about CSM’s mission and values
- Reliable, creative, and eager to connect with others
- Representing a diversity of backgrounds and life experiences
You'll receive a monthly stipend for content created and events attended. And if you meet your deadlines every month, there's an bonus for that! Up to $2,000 (pre-tax) per month.

As part of the Nurses of Tomorrow team, you’ll be one of the authentic student voices representing College of Saint Mary’s Nursing program. You’ll share your story, inspire future nurses, and help show why CSM is such a special place to learn and grow.
Here’s what we’ll ask you to do:
- Create Social Media Content – Post short videos, photos, and Stories about your life as a CSM Nursing student.
- Attend Recruitment Events – Be a friendly face at 2–3 events each semester (campus visit days, college fairs, community activities). The first one is Nurse Exploration Day on October 1.
- Post Consistently – About 1 piece of content every 1–2 weeks.
- Follow Brand Guidelines – Represent CSM positively, protect privacy, and use our provided brand colors and styles.
